The Challenge : The client was manually transferring data between their website, email, and CRM. This fragmented workflow led to delayed follow-ups, human error in data entry, and ultimately, a loss of high-intent leads. They needed a scalable system that works 24/7 without human intervention.
The Strategic Solution : I designed an end-to-end automated workflow using AI and automation tools:
Seamless CRM Integration: Automated the data flow from website forms (WPForms/GTM) directly into the CRM (like HubSpot or Zapier).

Automated Nurture Sequences: Developed instant email/SMS triggers that respond to inquiries within seconds, significantly increasing the lead-to-booking ratio.
